Next time quickly mash the bananas and toss them into the pancake batter, about 2 - 4 bananas per batch. If you replace the liquid in your recipe with beer, you'll likely be surprised at how good that tastes.

I’ve done that with cooked pumpkin but never banana, I guess it’s just like banana bread.
